Kips Bay Showhouse Dallas 2025. The kips bay decorator show house has returned to dallas, texas, for its highly anticipated fifth edition. This year, while the new york showhouse was sadly cancelled due to covid, the event moved to dallas, where this week, the first ever kips bay dallas showhouse opened to the public.

Chad dorsey and jean liu are the chairs of the showhouse, with trish sheats and laura lee falconer. The show house doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and kips bay boys & girls club’s top fundraiser.
